To provide a tablet having excellent storage stability containing eszopiclone.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a tablet containing (1) any one of zopiclone, its optical isomer or salts thereof, (2) at least one of anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate, D-mannitol or lactose hydrate, and (3) at least one of L-methionine, hardened oil or sucrose fatty acid ester.
