Summary:To provide an inkjet/powder jet printing process which enables individual control of filling of particles.SOLUTION: A printing system 100 includes a liquid ejector 130 configured to accumulate a curable layer 120 on a surface of a base material 110, in which the layer has a free surface 122 and a boundary surface between the layer and the base material. A preliminary curing device 140 preliminary cures the layer so that a first region 131 closer to the free surface is not cured than a second region 132 closer to the boundary surface. A curing device includes a preliminary curing initiator source 141 configured to provide a preliminary curing initiator 141 polymerizing the layer. The curing device also includes a preliminary curing inhibitor source 142 configured to transmit an inhibitor that inhibits polymerization of the layer.
