Summary: | To provide a manufacturing method of a particle coated foil capable of uniformizing easily a dispersion state of particles on a foil; and to provide a manufacturing method of a metal-particle composite material using the particle coated foil.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a particle coated foil 8 includes a step of drying after coating, on a foil 7, coating liquid 5 containing particles 1, a binder 2 and a solvent 3 for the binder 2. An average length in a longest axis direction of particles 1 is 0.10 mm or more. In the coating and drying step, the coating liquid 5 is coated on the foil 7 by a bar coater 30 including a bar 33 having a gap width of 1.5 times of the average length in the longest axis direction of the particles 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】箔上における粒子の分散状態の均一化を容易に図り得る粒子塗工箔の製造方法、及び、粒子塗工箔を用いた金属−粒子複合材の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】粒子塗工箔8の製造方法は、粒子1とバインダー2とバインダー2用溶剤3とを含有する塗工液5を箔7上に塗工し乾燥する工程を含む。粒子1の最長軸方向の平均長さは0.10mm以上である。上述した塗工し乾燥する工程では、粒子1の最長軸方向の平均長さに対して1.5倍以上のギャップ幅を有するバー33を備えたバーコーター30により、塗工液5を箔7上に塗工する。【選択図】図2 |
