Summary:To provide a touch panel and a touch display device which are provided with touch electrodes having a structure capable of making touch sensing sensitivity uniform, the touch sensing sensitivity following a panel region in which a finger and a pen are located.SOLUTION: In a touch panel and a touch display device, touch electrodes TE including bodies and wings are arranged in a structure to interlock with each other to thus reduce deviation in sensing sensitivity depending on a region and a movement direction or the like, thereby improving uniformity of touch sensing. In addition, the body and the wing of the touch electrode can be arranged so as to be varied in length/width or the like depending on the position where the body and the wing are arranged, so that a boundary region between the touch electrodes is increased, thereby improving the intensity of a touch-sensing signal, and so that sensing time is reduced, thereby enhancing performance of touch sensing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15 【課題】指またはペンが位置するパネルの領域に従うタッチセンシングの感度が均一になることができるようにする構造を有するタッチ電極が配置されたタッチパネルとタッチディスプレイ装置を提供する。【解決手段】タッチパネルとタッチディスプレイ装置において、ボディーとウィングを含むタッチ電極TEが互いに噛み合った構造で配置されるようにすることによって、領域と移動方向などに従うセンシング感度の偏差を減少させてタッチセンシングの均一度が改善できるようにする。また、タッチ電極のボディーとウィングが配置される位置によって長さ/幅などを可変して配置することによって、タッチ電極間の境界領域を増加させてタッチセンシング信号の強さを向上させ、センシング時間を減少させてタッチセンシングの性能が改善できるようにする。【選択図】図15
