Summary: | To provide an excavation-agitation implement which can simplify a mechanism of spraying and diffusion of an improvement material and reduce manufacturing cost and management maintenance cost, and can uniformly spray and diffuse the improvement material to a ground and an excavation-agitation soil irrespective of the size of an improvement diameter and the kind of the ground.SOLUTION: An excavation-agitation implement includes: a diffusion blade which extends in a blade length direction together with an excavation blade excavating a ground and forms an improvement material flow passage space opened downward; a discharge port which discharges a slurry improvement material toward the improvement material flow passage space; and an opening where the improvement material flow passage space is opened to the rear side in an excavation rotation direction of the excavation blade above the lowermost end position of the diffusion blade, wherein a pressure in a space inner pressure by the improvement material filling the improvement material flow passage space can be released through the opening, and the improvement material in the whole space area of the improvement material flow passage space can be guided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】改良材の散布・拡散の機構を簡単にして製造コストや管理維持コストを安価にすることができ、改良径の大きさや地盤の種類に関係なく地盤や掘削・撹拌土に対して改良材を均一に散布・拡散できる掘削・撹拌具を提供する。【解決手段】地盤を掘削する掘削翼とともに翼長方向に沿って伸延し且つ下方開放させた改良材流路空間を形成する拡散翼と、改良材流路空間にむけてスラリー状の改良材を吐出する吐出口と、拡散翼の最下端位置より上方で改良材流路空間を掘削翼の掘削回転方向後方側に開口させる開口部とを備え、同開口部により改良材流路空間に充満した改良材による空間内圧の圧力を開放可能とするとともに改良材流路空間全域での改良材の誘導を可能にした。【選択図】図1 |
