Summary:To provide a resin composition for embolism capable of enhancing productivity, and downsizing an igniter by thinning a thickness of embolism by enhancing strength of the embolism at high temperature, capable of surely preventing an electrode pin from jumping-out, securing sealability between the embolism and the electrode pin, and further capable of maintaining the sealability without deterioration in a heat cycle test, and the igniter and a gas generator using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a resin composition for embolism used for an igniter having a resistance heating element, explosive with ignition by heat generation of the resistance heating element, and an electrode pin connected to the resistance heating element, and containing a curing agent having (A) an epoxy resin and (B) nitrogen (N) in the molecule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明の目的は、生産性を向上させ、高温時における塞栓の強度を向上させることにより塞栓の厚みを薄くして点火器を小型化することを可能とし、電極ピンの飛び出しを確実に防止でき、また、塞栓と電極ピンとの間のシール性を確保し、更にはヒートサイクル試験においても劣化することなく、前記シール性を維持できる塞栓用樹脂組成物、およびそれを用いた点火器、ガス発生器を提供することである。【解決手段】抵抗発熱体と、前記抵抗発熱体の発熱により着火する火薬と、前記抵抗発熱体に接続する電極ピンとを有する点火器に用いられる塞栓用樹脂組成物であって、(A)エポキシ樹脂、及び(B)分子内に窒素(N)を有する硬化剤を含有する塞栓用樹脂組成物。【選択図】図1
