Summary:To provide a load-handling machine operation assisting apparatus capable of improving the efficiency of load handling without being affected by the skill of an operator.SOLUTION: A load-handling machine operation assisting apparatus comprises: a camera 100; a control unit 200 that governs operation handling; a machine-learning computer 300 that stores an image of a load taken by the camera 100 during actual operation by an authorized operator and actual operation information acquired by the control unit 200 and machine-learns an operation pattern corresponding to the image of the load; and an assist information transmitter 510.
