To provide a delamination container capable of preventing generation of a wrinkle and tear on a shrink film, on an end of a pinch off part extending from a bottom to a trunk.SOLUTION: A delamination container 1 comprises: an outer layer body 10 which comprises a cylindrical mouth 11, a shoulder part 12 being continuous to the mouth part 11 and extending outward in a radial direction, a trunk 13 continuous to the shoulder part 12, and a bottom 14 continuous to the trunk 13; and an inner layer body 20 which is laminated and arranged inside of the outer layer body 10 and whose volume can be reduced and which can be deformed. The trunk 13 is configured so that the vicinity of the lower end of the trunk 13 has a maximum diameter, and there is provided a pinch off part 14b extending from the bottom 14 to the trunk 13 along a parting line.
