To provide a packaging bag capable of ensuring protectiveness of inclusions, reducing bulk of the packaging bag when not in use, and easily attaching an invoice, a delivery slip, an instruction manual for goods, an advertisement or the like.SOLUTION: A packaging bag includes: a first surface portion that includes a first end edge portion disposed on one side of an opening; a second surface portion that includes a second end edge portion disposed on the other side of the opening and faces the first surface portion; and an extendable sheet-shaped cushioning portion that is suspended between the first end edge portion and the second end edge portion and is provided with a plurality of slit portions in zigzag extending in a direction crossing a suspension direction.
