Summary:To reduce a component necessary for each vehicle type and specification of a seat position.SOLUTION: A webbing winding device 10 includes: a spool 20 on which a webbing can be wound; a V-gear 38 which can rotate with rotation of the spool 20; a lock pawl 26 which restricts rotation of the spool 20 in a drawing direction by being operated; a W-pawl 44 which operates the lock pawl 26 by restricting the rotation of the V-gear 38; and a rotation angle sensor which detects a rotation angle of the spool 20.
