The coating film 5 covers the base material 20. The coating film 5 includes a first layer 6 and a second layer 7. The first layer 6 contains organopolysiloxane as a main component, and first silicone resin in an amount smaller than the amount of the organopolysiloxane. The second layer 7 contains second silicone resin as a main component, and polydimethylsiloxane in an amount smaller than the amount of the second silicone resin.
