Summary:To provide a paste composition for a PERC solar cell, which has a small warpage after firing and a low electric resistance value.SOLUTION: A paste composition for a backside passivation type solar cell includes a silicon-free glass powder, an organic vehicle, and an aluminum powder, the content of the aluminum powder in 100 mass% of the paste composition is 65 to 75 mass%, and the paste composition does not contain any of inorganic carbonates, inorganic oxides, inorganic carbides, inorganic nitrides, inorganic nitrates, inorganic sulfates, and organic metal alkoxides other than the silicon-free glass powder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】焼成後の反りが小さく、且つ、電気抵抗値の低い、ＰＥＲＣ型太陽電池用のペースト組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】 裏面パッシベーション型太陽電池用のペースト組成物であって、前記ペースト組成物は、ケイ素非含有ガラス粉末 、有機ビヒクル、及びアルミニウム粉末を含有し、前記ペースト組成物１００質量％中における前記アルミニウム粉末の含有量は６５〜７５質量％であり、前記ペースト組成物は、前記ケイ素非含有ガラス粉末以外に、無機炭酸塩、無機酸化物、無機炭化物、無機窒化物、無機硝酸塩、無機硫酸塩及び有機金属アルコキシドのいずれも含有しないことを特徴とする、ペースト組成物。【選択図】図１
