【課題】焼成後の反りが小さく、且つ、電気抵抗値の低い、PERC型太陽電池用のペースト組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】 裏面パッシベーション型太陽電池用のペースト組成物であって、前記ペースト組成物は、ケイ素非含有ガラス粉末 、有機ビヒクル、及びアルミニウム粉末を含有し、前記ペースト組成物100質量%中における前記アルミニウム粉末の含有量は65〜75質量%であり、前記ペースト組成物は、前記ケイ素非含有ガラス粉末以外に、無機炭酸塩、無機酸化物、無機炭化物、無機窒化物、無機硝酸塩、無機硫酸塩及び有機金属アルコキシドのいずれも含有しないことを特徴とする、ペースト組成物。【選択図】図1 |
