Summary:To provide a conveyance mechanism which prevents an adhesive material from adhering to a drive roller and an assist roller when feeding a mount-less label by holding the mount-less label between the rollers and a label printer on which the conveyance mechanism is mounted, so as to solve the problem in which the adhesive material protruded from an edge of the mount-less label adheres to the rollers.SOLUTION: A conveyance mechanism is configured to draw out a mount-less label from a label roll by a drive roller rotating in contact with an adhesive face of the mount-less label and an assist roller rotating by pressing the mount-less label on the drive roller. The assist roller has a contact section which avoids an adhesive material protruded from an edge of the mount-less label and presses the mount-less label to the drive roller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】台紙レスラベルの縁からはみ出た粘着材がローラに付着する問題を解決せんとするもので、台紙レスラベルを、駆動ローラとアシストローラとの間に挟んで送り出す場合に、これらのローラに粘着材を付着させない搬送機構と、それを搭載したラベルプリンタを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明に係る搬送機構は、台紙レスラベルの粘着面に接して回転する駆動ローラと、該駆動ローラに前記台紙レスラベルを押し付けて回転するアシストローラとでもってラベルロールから前記台紙レスラベルを引き出すようにした搬送機構である。このアシストローラは、台紙レスラベルの縁からはみ出る粘着材を避けて台紙レスラベルを駆動ローラに押し付ける接触部を有している。【選択図】 図３
