To make effective use of a regenerative electric power.SOLUTION: A location information providing system 9 provides a plurality of vehicles with location information. Each of the plurality of vehicles runs by consuming an electric power stored in a battery 110 and collects a regenerative electric power into the battery 110. The location information providing system 9 comprises: a communication device 320 for obtaining SOC of the battery 110 of each of the plurality of vehicles; and an arithmetic unit 300 for generating location information in order to provide it to the plurality of vehicles.
