The adjustment surface 14 comprises at least one recess 15 provided so as to receive an injected material, in particular for the implementation of adjusting the speed of a watch by correcting the inertia and imbalance of the balance. The recess 15 comprises an opening and a rear part, particularly a solid rear part, or a rear part wholly or partially forming an orifice.
