Summary:To provide a metal fitting for construction capable of preventing a component such as a nut from falling and improving work efficiency of attaching a hanging fixture to a tight frame, in a work of fastening a hanging fixture for mounting a roof plate material (a wall plate material) to a tight frame, to a tight frame with a bolt or a nut, in construction of a folded-plate type metal roof (or wall).SOLUTION: A metal fitting for construction comprises: an upper plate portion 11 having an opening hole 11a; a suspended plate portion 13 formed to be folded downwardly from one end of the upper plate portion 11; a lower plate portion 12 going from a lower end of the suspended plate portion 13 toward the upper plate portion 11 side and formed to be folded in parallel with the upper plate portion 11; and an inner screw portion 3.
