Summary: | To provide a method for producing a non-woven fabric web from fibers, which enables a simple, fast and functionally reliable replacement of calender rollers during operation without bringing a device into a resting state.SOLUTION: There is provided at least one pre-fixation device 10 for pre-fixation of a non-woven fabric web 1, and there exists at least one first calender roller 13 for pre-fixation of a non-woven fabric web, the first calender roller being located downstream of the pre-fixation device. The first calender roller is replaced with a second calender roller 15 during operation of a process. In this case, the first calender roller is separated from the non-woven fabric web, and then during replacement of calender rollers, the pre-fixation of the non-woven fabric web is strengthened. After introducing the second calender roller, the pre-fixation of the non-woven fabric web is weakened again.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
