Summary:To provide a power converter capable of securing desired cooling performance and strength while supplying traveling wind to a circulation path between a plurality of fins effectively.SOLUTION: The power converter includes a semiconductor element, a heat receiving block, a plurality of fins, and a wind receiving member. The semiconductor element can output power for driving a vehicle. The heat receiving block is mounted with the semiconductor element. The plurality of fins are provided on the heat receiving block and arranged with a predetermined gap in a direction orthogonal to an assumed traveling direction of the vehicle.
