Summary: | To provide an image retrieval program, image retrieval device and image retrieval method which can correctly distinguish between a bronchus and a honeycomb lung, and can improve the accuracy of the case retrieval.SOLUTION: An image retrieval program causes a computer of an image retrieval device for retrieving a second image similar to a first image from the first image to execute: processing of extracting an image of a candidate region from the first image being a cross section image of a lung field region of a subject; processing of generating a binarized image obtained by binarizing the pixel value of the extracted image of the candidate region; processing of extracting the center line of the image of the candidate region from the binarized image; processing of dividing the center line at a branch point where the center line branches; processing of dividing the image of the candidate region into the region of the honeycomb lung and the region of the bronchus on the basis of the angle of the divided center line; and processing of retrieving the second image from the first image on the basis of the image of the lung field region other than the divided bronchus or the image of the region of the divided bronchus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】気管支と蜂巣肺とを正確に分割することが可能な画像検索プログラム、画像検索装置、及び画像検索方法を提供すること。また、症例検索の精度を向上させることが可能な画像検索プログラム、画像検索装置、及び画像検索方法を提供すること。【解決手段】第1の画像から前記第1の画像に類似する第2の画像を検索する画像検索装置のコンピュータに実行させる画像検索プログラムであって、被検体の肺野領域の断面画像である前記第1の画像から候補領域の画像を抽出し、抽出した前記候補領域の画像の画素値を二値化した二値化画像を生成し、前記二値化画像から前記候補領域の画像の中心線を抽出し、前記中心線が分岐した分岐点で前記中心線を分割し、分割した前記中心線の角度に基づいて、前記候補領域の画像を蜂巣肺の領域と気管支の領域とに分割し、分割した前記気管支以外の肺野領域の画像又は分割した前記気管支の領域の画像に基づいて、前記第1の画像から前記第2の画像を検索する処理を前記コンピュータに実行させる。【選択図】図4 |
