Summary:To solve various problems that occur when simultaneously generating a plurality of videos different in dynamic ranges, such as HDR video and SDR video, from pixel signals captured by an imaging part.SOLUTION: A video system includes a camera system and a video converter. The camera system has: an imaging part for obtaining pixel signals by capturing a subject; and a first processing circuit for generating respectively two video signals from the pixel signals while applying different adjustments for each other, and transmitting the transmission information where information about the adjustment of each video signal is added to one video signal. The video converter includes a second processing circuit for extracting the information about the adjustment of each video signal from the transmission information, generating a restoration pixel signal by performing reverse conversion of one video signal included in the transmission information, on the basis of the information about the adjustments, and generating a video signal corresponding to the other video signal by adding the adjustment for the other video signal to this restored pixel signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】撮像部により撮像された画素信号からHDRビデオおよびSDRビデオなどのダイナミックレンジが異なる複数のビデオを同時に生成する場合での様々な課題を解決する。【解決手段】このビデオシステムはカメラシステムとビデオコンバーターとを具備する。カメラシステムは被写体を撮像して画素信号を得る撮像部と、画素信号から2つのビデオ信号を互いに異なる調整を加えながら各々生成し、一方のビデオ信号に各々のビデオ信号の調整に関する情報を付加した伝送情報を伝送する第1の処理回路とを有する。ビデオコンバーターは、伝送情報から各々のビデオ信号の調整に関する情報を抽出し、これらの調整に関する情報をもとに、伝送情報に含まれる一方のビデオ信号を逆変換して復元画素信号を生成するとともにこの復元画素信号に他方のビデオ信号用の調整を加えて他方のビデオ信号に対応するビデオ信号を生成する第2の処理回路を具備する。【選択図】図1
