Summary:To provide a triple specificity binding molecule which is a multiple chain polypeptide molecule comprising three binding domains and capable of mediating coordinate binding to three epitopes.SOLUTION: A triple specificity binding molecule is selected so as to bind to three different epitopes. These epitopes may be epitopes of a same antigen or epitopes of two or three different antigens. In a preferable embodiment, one of these epitopes can bind to a CD3, a second epitope of these epitopes can bind to a CD8, and a third epitope of these epitopes can bind to an epitope of a disease related antigen.
