To provide an illuminating device that realizes a decrease in size of the illuminating device and an increase in output of the illuminating device.SOLUTION: An illuminating device 1 comprises a light source 41, an appliance body 3 housing the light source 41, and one or more spring parts 30 arranged on an outer wall part 23 of the appliance body 3. Each of the spring parts 30 comprises: an arrangement part 31 arranged along the outer wall part 23; and a bent part 33 connected to the arrangement part 31, and in which each of the spring parts 30 is folded with respect to the arrangement part 31.
