To provide a house for exhibition which can be more linked to experiences in living spaces and can increase the effect of presentation.SOLUTION: A house for exhibition (100) includes: a window region (40) facing an outside space; a first wing wall (12L) and a second wing wall (12R) on both sides of the window region (40); a first side wall (13), intersecting with the first wing wall (12L); a second side wall (15), intersecting with the second wing wall (12R); a lifting screen (14) located on the indoor side of the window region (40), the lifting screen moving vertically to cover the window region (40); and picture projection devices (20a to 20d) for projecting pictures to the lifting screen (14), the first side wall (13), and the second side wall (15).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】居住空間での体験との連動性を高め、演出効果を向上させることができる展示用住宅を提供する。【解決手段】外部空間に面した窓領域（４０）と、窓領域（４０）の両側に設けられた第１袖壁（１２Ｌ）および第２袖壁（１２Ｒ）と、第１袖壁（１２Ｌ）に交差する第１側壁（１３）と、第２袖壁（１２Ｒ）に交差する第２側壁（１５）と、窓領域（４０）の室内側に配されて窓領域（４０）を覆うように昇降可能に設けられた昇降スクリーン（１４）と、昇降スクリーン（１４）、第１側壁（１３）および第２側壁（１５）に対して映像を投影する映像投影装置（２０ａ〜２０ｄ）を備える展示用住宅（１００）。【選択図】図４
