To provide a tab creation device capable of facilitating a work for forming a tab with a simple constitution, and forming a tab quickly.SOLUTION: In a process for operating a manual operation lever 20 from an original position T1 to a tab creation position T2, a cut of an outer edge of a folding tab is made on a sheet, and the folding tab formed by the cut is bent at a prescribed angle. In a process in which the manual operation lever is returned from the tab creation position to the original position by energization force, the sheet is moved to a take-out direction, and the bent folding tab is folded, to thereby provide the tab on the end of the sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】タブを形成する作業の容易化を簡単な構成で可能とし、かつ迅速にタブを形成することが可能なタブ作成装置を提供する。【解決手段】手動操作レバー２０が原位置Ｔ１からタブ作成位置Ｔ２へ操作される過程において、シートに折り返しタブの外縁の切り込みを入れ、切り込みにより形成された折り返しタブを所定角度に曲げる。さらに、手動操作レバーがタブ作成位置から付勢力により原位置へ復帰する過程において、シートを取り出し方向へ移動し、曲げた折り返しタブを折り返してシートの端部にタブを設ける。【選択図】図２
