To provide a work-piece processing system provided with an exchanger that performs exchange of a processing tool, a nozzle and a work-piece, between a processing machine and a stocker.SOLUTION: The work-piece processing system is provided with: a processing machine 3 in which a processing tool 27 for performing processing of a work-piece W made of metal can be attachably and detachably exchanged; a stocker 5 storing various types of processing tools 27, nozzles 29 provided corresponding to the various types of processing tools 27 as well as a plurality of work-pieces W; and an exchange device 7 that performs attachment, detachment and exchange of the processing tools 27, the nozzles 29 as well as the work-pieces W, between the processing machine 3 and the stocker 5. In the exchange device 7, a tool holding part 63 for holding the processing tools 27 and a nozzle holding part 75 for holding the nozzles 29 are provided in parallel at a tip side of an exchange arm.
