To reduce costs required for transfer of an unfinished product between manufacturing lines and time loss caused thereby.SOLUTION: A manufacturing system according to the present invention has: a first sensor for measuring a state of a first manufacturing apparatus in a first manufacturing line; a second sensor for measuring a state of a second manufacturing apparatus in a second manufacturing line; a specifying unit for specifying a failure sign detection time at the first manufacturing apparatus based on the measured result of the first sensor; a prediction unit for predicting a failure scheduled time of the first manufacturing apparatus based on the measured result of the first sensor; a prediction unit for predicting a restoration scheduled time of the first manufacturing apparatus based on the measured result of the first sensor; and a creating unit for stopping operation of the first manufacturing apparatus from the failure scheduled time to the restoration scheduled time if a measured result of the second sensor does not indicate any failure sign and the measured result of the first sensor indicates a failure sign, and for creating a second manufacturing plan indicating that products which cannot be shipped from the first manufacturing line until a shipment scheduled time due to non-operation of the first manufacturing apparatus are to be manufactured in the second manufacturing line after the failure sign detection time and to be shipped on or before the shipment scheduled time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】製造ライン間での仕掛かり品の移動に要するコストとタイムロスを低減する。【解決手段】製造システムは、第１製造ラインの第１製造装置の状態を計測する第１センサーと、第２製造ラインの第２製造装置の状態を計測する第２センサーと、第１センサーの計測結果に基づき第１製造装置での故障予兆検出時点を特定する特定部と、第１センサーの計測結果に基づき第１製造装置の故障予定時点を予測する予測部と、第１センサーの計測結果に基づき第１製造装置の復旧予定時点を予測する予測部と、第２センサーの計測結果が故障予兆を示さず第１センサーの計測結果が故障予兆を示す場合、第１製造装置を故障予定時点から復旧予定時点まで稼働させず第１製造装置の不稼働により第１製造ラインで出荷予定時点までに出荷できない製品を故障予兆検出時点以降に第２製造ラインで製造して出荷予定時点までに出荷することを示す第２製造計画を作成する作成部を含む。【選択図】図３
