The reservation reception unit 41 displays a reservation registration screen in the user terminal 10 after receiving the reservation request for the hair color shop, and the reservation registration screen G20 displays an order guidance button of the hair color. When the order guidance button is selected, the color order reception unit 42 displays the order guidance screen in the user terminal 10.
