To provide a toilet clogging detection device that can detect clogging of a toilet and disable the operation of washing means regardless of the type of a control board that a toilet device has.SOLUTION: There is provided a toilet clogging detection device equipped with a function to detect clogging of a toilet in a toilet device, comprising washing means to discharge and stop washing water that washes the bowl of the toilet, and washing control means to output a drive signal to drive the washing means, further including detection means for detecting clogging of the toilet, a washing signal interruption unit that can prohibit the washing of the bowl, and interruption control means that can control the washing signal interruption unit based on the detection result of the detection means.
