To provide a vehicle structure that can easily replace a high mount stop lamp in a vehicle structure in which a rear spoiler and the high mount stop lamp are proximately disposed.SOLUTION: In a vehicle structure 1 equipped with a rear spoiler 3 detachably attached to a rear portion of a vehicle body 2, and a high mount stop lamp 7 attached to a vehicle body 2 proximately to a lower surface 3D of the rear spoiler 3, the high mount stop lamp 7 is detachably attached to the vehicle body 2 from an upper side of the vehicle body 2.
