To provide a rent settlement method capable of performing control such that settlement of a rent of a real estate or the like is performed by settlement means in line with an intention for each dealer dealing with rental real estate properties.SOLUTION: A rental settlement method includes: a step S5 where a renter connects to a guaranty company server via a network using a renter terminal and inputs information on the renter; steps S10, S13 and S16 where the guaranty company server, when the renter inputs the information on the renter using the renter terminal, transmits, to the renter terminal, information on settlement means capable of being handled by a dealer dealing with a rental real estate property which the renter moves into based on information stored in the guaranty company server in advance; and steps S12, S15 and S17 where the renter selects the settlement means using the renter terminal based on the information transmitted to the renter terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】賃貸不動産物件を取り扱う取扱店毎の意向に沿った決済手段にて不動産の賃貸料等の決済を行うようにコントロールすることができる賃貸料決済方法を提供する。【解決手段】賃借人が賃借人端末を用いて保証会社サーバにネットワークを介して接続し、該賃借人に関する情報を入力するステップＳ５と、賃借人が賃借人端末を用いて、該賃借人に関する情報を入力すると、保証会社サーバが、該保証会社サーバに予め格納されている情報に基づき、当該賃借人が入居する賃貸不動産物件を取り扱う取扱店にて取扱い可能な決済手段の情報を、賃借人端末に送信するステップＳ１０、Ｓ１３、Ｓ１６と、賃借人端末に送信された情報に基づき、賃借人が賃借人端末を用いて、決済手段を選択するステップＳ１２、Ｓ１５、Ｓ１７と、を含んでなる。【選択図】図２
