To provide pharmaceutical compositions showing stable elution behavior of caffeine and hyoscyamine and methods for producing the same.SOLUTION: Disclosed herein is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a first sustained-release granule and a second sustained-release granule, both granules comprising a core granule and a sustained-release film, the core granule comprising caffeine and hyoscyamine, the sustained-release film comprising ethylcellulose, talc and a glycerin fatty acid ester, and forming an outer layer covering the core granule.
