To provide a water treatment device, at least a part of which is housed in a housing, in which the temperature fluctuation in the housing is suppressed by less expensive methods without separately installing an air-conditioning system in the housing or by installing a lighter-than-usual air-conditioning system.SOLUTION: A water treatment device 1 for treating groundwater, comprises a transmission line (groundwater supply line 20, first transfer line 22, second transfer line 24, third transfer line 26, fourth transfer line 28, permeate transfer line 30, concentrated water discharge line 32 and concentrated water return line 34) for transporting groundwater and a housing 60 in which at least a part of the transmission line is accommodated.
