Summary:To provide a heat insulation double container comprising a weld part between an inner container and an outer container on an inside of a container hole, in which a mark of weld when performing weld from an external side of the container hole can be clearly understood, which can reduce failure of weld and improve yield of a product.SOLUTION: A heat insulation double container 1 is configured so that a heat insulation layer 4 is formed between a substantially bottomed cylindrical and metal inner container 2 and a substantially bottomed cylindrical and metal outer container 3, a folded part 312 folded inward is formed on a tip end part 311 of a mouth part 31 of the outer container 3, a tip end part 211 of a mouth part 21 of the inner container 2 is engaged so as to contact an inner surface of the folded part 312, a tip end edge 213 of the mouth part 21 of the inner container 2 arranged inside of the folded part 312 is welded and fixed to the folded part 312.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】容器口の内側に内容器と外容器の溶接部が設けられる断熱二重容器において、容器口の外方から溶接する際の溶接の目印を分かりやすくでき、溶接不良の低減、製品の歩留まりの向上を図ることができる。【解決手段】略有底筒状で金属製の内容器2と略有底筒状で金属製の外容器3との間に断熱層4が設けられ、外容器3の口部31の先端部311に内側に折り返された折返部312が形成され、内容器2の口部21の先端部211が折返部312の内面に接触するように係合され、折返部312の内側に配置されている内容器2の口部21の先端縁213が折返部312に溶接して固定されている断熱二重容器1。【選択図】図5
