Summary:To provide a user terminal device capable of easily performing a site survey in consideration of a location and a time.SOLUTION: In a wireless information collecting method executed by one or more user terminal devices for measuring wireless information used for site survey and a server device for accumulating the wireless information to perform a site survey, a user terminal device is configured to: periodically measure a current position to transmit positioning information indicating the current position to a server device; and measure wireless information according to a number of wireless information measurements instructed by the server device to transmit wireless information including a location and a time to the server device. The server device is configured to: associate the position of the user terminal device and time with wireless information to create and update a condition map showing the number of wireless information measurements at the location and the time of the site survey; and match a current position and a time of the user terminal device with the condition map to transmit to the user terminal device an instruction of the number of wireless information measurements according to the current position and the time of the user terminal device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ユーザ端末装置が場所と時間を考慮したサイトサーベイを容易に行う。【解決手段】サイトサーベイに用いる無線情報を計測する１以上のユーザ端末装置と、該無線情報を蓄積してサイトサーベイを行うサーバ装置とが実行する無線情報収集方法において、ユーザ端末装置は、定期的に現在位置を測位し、現在位置を示す測位情報をサーバ装置に送信するステップと、サーバ装置が指示する無線情報計測数に応じて無線情報を計測し、位置および時間を含む無線情報をサーバ装置に送信するステップとを有し、サーバ装置は、ユーザ端末装置の位置と時間と無線情報を対応付け、サイトサーベイを行う位置と時間における無線情報計測数を示す条件マップを作成および更新するステップと、ユーザ端末装置の現在位置および時間と条件マップとを照合し、ユーザ端末装置の現在位置と時間に応じた無線情報計測数の指示をユーザ端末装置に送信するステップとを有する。【選択図】 図１
