Summary:To realize an emergency call system that can speed up an emergency procedure by also contacting a nearby AED handler, etc. along with an emergency call destination, while the emergency call system can detect a condition such as myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction, make an emergency call, and send accurate biometric information to a notification destination.SOLUTION: An emergency call system comprises biometric information detection means mounted on a body of a person to be measured, a portable information terminal, and a server connected via the Internet. The portable information terminal is provided with transmitting/receiving means which is operable with the biometric information detection means. The server includes: biometric information transmitting/receiving means; biometric information storage means; determination means for determining the biometric information at a normal time; biometric information monitoring means for detecting an abnormality of the biometric information; notifying means for notifying an emergency call destination (including an AED handler) in the vicinity within a certain range of the biometric information together with personal information on a person to be measured when the abnormality is detected; and AED treatment determination means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 心筋梗塞や脳梗塞の病状等を検知し、緊急通報を行い、通報先に的確な生体情報も送ることのできる緊急通報システムであり、緊急通報先とともに、近隣にいるＡＥＤ取扱者などにも連絡し、緊急処置をより早くできる緊急通報システムを実現させること。【解決手段】 被測定者の身体に装着された、生体情報検知手段と、携帯情報端末と、インターネットを介して接続されるサーバとで構成され、該携帯情報端末には、生体情報検知手段との送受信手段が設けられ、該サーバには、生体情報の送受信手段と、生体情報の記憶手段と、通常時の生体情報を判断する判断手段と、生体情報の異常を検知する生体情報監視手段と、異常の検知時に、被測定者の個人情報とともに生体情報を一定範囲内の近隣にある緊急通報先（ＡＥＤ取扱者を含む）へ通報する通報手段と、ＡＥＤ処置判断手段で構成されていることを特徴とする緊急通報システム。【選択図】図１
