To enable easy arrangement of more proper helpers.SOLUTION: A helper processing apparatus G0 is installed at a site of a newly established service integration business operator G, and business office processing apparatus SA0, SB0, SC0 installed at sites of respective care service providers SA, SB, SC are connected through a network to a care manager processing apparatus M0 installed at a business office of a care manager M. The helper processing apparatus G0 stores minimum information of helpers at each of the business offices as previous registrations (copies) QA, QB, QC. A business office processing apparatus SC0 issues job instructions D1 on a service W1 to a helper HI having an employment contract TI in response to a care plan, and, as to a service W3 having no available helper, re-requests the helper processing apparatus G0 to retrieve (search for matching) the care service provider SA having an employment contract TA with an available helper HA. A helper HJ having direct registration is introduced to the care service provider SC.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】より適切なヘルパーを、より多く、より簡単に手配できるようにする。【解決手段】新規に設立したサービス統合事業者Ｇにヘルパー処理装置Ｇ０を設置し、各介護事業者ＳＡ，ＳＢ，ＳＣに設置した事業所処理装置ＳＡ０，ＳＢ０，ＳＣ０と、ケアマネージャーＭの事業所に設置したケアマネージャー処理装置Ｍ０とをネットワークで接続し、ヘルパー処理装置Ｇ０には各事業所のヘルパーの最小限の情報を予め登録（コピー）ＱＡ，ＱＢ，ＱＣしておく。そして、事業所処理装置ＳＣ０は、ケアプランを受けて、雇用契約ＴＩを結んでいるヘルパーＨＩにサービスＷ１の業務指示Ｄ１を与え、対応可能なヘルパーが居ないサービスＷ３は、ヘルパー処理装置Ｇ０に再依頼を行い、対応可能なヘルパーＨＡと雇用契約ＴＡを結んでいる介護事業者ＳＡを検索（マッチング）してもらう。直接登録のヘルパーＨＪは、事業所ＳＣに紹介する。【選択図】図１
