To provide a mount locking mechanism which enables a lens barrel to surely maintain rotation-locked condition relative to a camera body.SOLUTION: The mount locking mechanism is provided that includes a lock pin 53 arranged on one of a camera mount and a lens mount, and a lock groove 11c which are arranged in the other of the camera mount and the lens mount and with which the lock pin 53 engages, the mount locking mechanism being adapted for a camera in which the camera mount and the lens mount are bayonet-coupled to each other.
