To provide an oral cavity image generation method, oral cavity image generation device and computer program which can correct the distortion of an oral cavity image.SOLUTION: An oral cavity image generation method includes the steps of: connecting teeth located on the right and left respectively with the midline of the tooth row as the reference by a connection member 4; acquiring an oral cavity image by scanning an oral cavity including the connection member 4 and the tooth row by an oral cavity scanner; replacing the connection member 4 in the oral cavity image with a previously-registered connection member, and then correcting the distortion of the oral cavity image by deforming a tooth row part so as to match with the replaced connection member in the oral cavity image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】口腔内画像の歪みを補正することができる口腔内画像生成方法、口腔内画像生成装置、及びコンピュータプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】歯列の正中を基準に左右それぞれに位置する歯牙同士を連結部材４で連結し、連結部材４及び歯列を含む口腔内を口腔内スキャナで走査して口腔内画像を取得し、その口腔内画像中の連結部材４を、予め登録された連結部材に置換する。その後、口腔内画像において、置換した連結部材に合わせるように歯列部分を変形させることにより、口腔内画像の歪みを補正する。【選択図】図５
