Summary:To provide a production method of a compound produced by a successive reaction while saving a space and without reducing productive efficiency, and a production system capable of starting an industrial production of a compound in a short term and capable of being transported to a place where requires the production system.SOLUTION: A production method of a compound uses a continuous tank type reaction device comprising: two or more reaction tanks for producing the compound; and a reaction mixture feeding pipe for feeding a reaction mixture from an upstream reaction tank to a downstream reaction tank, in which a Reynolds number of the reaction mixture flowing in the reaction mixture feeding pipe is set to 1800-22000. In addition, a production system of the compound of the invention is used for the production method of the compound, and at least one tank of the reaction tanks is stored in a portable container.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】生産効率を低下させずに、省スペース化が図られた、連続反応による化合物の製造方法を提供すること。さらに、需要があるところへ搬出することができ、短期間で化合物の工業的製造を開始できる本発明の製造システムを提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の化合物の製造方法は、化合物を製造するための2槽以上の反応槽と、上流の反応槽から下流の反応槽に反応液を送る反応液送り管とを備える連続槽型反応装置を用いる、化合物の製造方法であって、前記反応液送り管内を流れる前記反応液のレイノルズ数を1800〜22000にすることを特徴とする。また、本発明の化合物の製造システムは、前記化合物の製造方法に用いられ、前記反応槽の少なくとも1槽が可搬式コンテナに収容されてなる。【選択図】なし
