The sidewall defines a sound channel 331 and has a first thickness T1 close to the attachment end and a second thickness T2 at the interfacing end that is different from the first thickness. An eartip 352 is coupled to an inner eartip body at the attachment end and further includes an attachment structure 343 having an inner surface and an outer surface.
