To provide a reservation support system, a reservation support method, and a reservation support program capable of receiving a reservation during an operation time of a facility of the day while reducing burdens of employees or the like on the facility side.SOLUTION: A reservation support system according to the present invention can receive a reservation for a facility from a user terminal within the range of a reservable number preset as a number which is less than the maximum available number in the facility and can be reserved in the support system regarding the facility, receives a retrieval request including the number of users from the user terminal and the position information of the user terminal of a request source of the retrieval request, retrieves facilities which exist within a retrieval object range from the position of the user terminal shown by the position information and can accept a reservation for the number of users at a reservation object time point after a specific elapsed time from the present time in the case of accepting the retrieval request, and outputs a retrieval result of the retrieval.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】施設側の従業員等の負担を軽減しつつ当日の施設の稼働時間中における予約を受付可能な予約支援システム、予約支援方法、及び予約支援プログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】本発明に係る予約支援システムでは、施設における最大利用可能数未満の数であって当該施設について前記予約支援システムで予約可能な数として予め設定された予約可能数の範囲内で利用者端末から当該施設の予約が受付可能であって、前記利用者端末から利用人数の情報を含む検索要求と前記検索要求の要求元の前記利用者端末の位置情報とが受け付けられ、前記検索要求が受け付けられた場合に、前記位置情報が示す前記利用者端末の位置から検索対象範囲内に存在し、且つ、現時点から特定時間経過後の検索対象時点において前記利用人数の予約が可能な施設が検索され、前記検索の検索結果が出力される。【選択図】図７
