Summary:To provide a hydraulic actuation oil composition capable of suppressing occurrence of sludges while suppressing occurrence of lower fatty acids, and a hydraulic device using the hydraulic actuation oil composition.SOLUTION: A hydraulic device 1 comprises: an oil storage unit 2 in which a hydraulic actuation oil composition is stored; a pumping unit 3 that pumps the hydraulic actuation oil composition; a control unit 5 that controls the hydraulic pressure, direction or flow rate of the pumped hydraulic actuation oil composition; and a conversion unit 6 that converts the hydraulic pressure of the controlled hydraulic actuation oil composition into mechanical power.
