Summary:To provide an electric pump device capable of curbing deformation of an inverter substrate by reducing reaction force on a heat conduction sheet.SOLUTION: An inverter substrate 40 has a plurality of heater elements 46 which are mounted thereon and arranged at intervals. A housing 11 has an inverter housing section 13 which stores the inverter substrate. The inverter housing section has: a first member which is arranged opposite to one of a pair of substrate surfaces of the inverter substrate; a second member which is arranged opposite to the other of the pair of substrate surfaces; and a plurality of heat conduction sheets 13c which are arranged between either one of the first member or the second member and the inverter substrate and brought into contact with either one of the first member or the second member and the inverter substrate. The heat conduction sheets are thermally connected to the heater elements.
