To provide a multiple dwelling house having high habitability, with a relatively simple configuration.SOLUTION: A multiple dwelling house 1 comprises multiple dwelling units 101-104 composed by combining square standard units 10 with one side of a standard length L in plan view. The standard unit is arranged to be inclined with a predetermined angle α in relation to a boundary 52 using a virtual line 32 formed by extending one side of an outer periphery 11 of the standard unit as a reference. A parting wall 30 parting adjacent dwelling units is an outer wall 31 of the multiple dwelling house arranged along the outer periphery of the standard unit, and the outer walls are arranged not to be flush in more than three continuous pieces with the standard length as a unit.
