Summary:To provide a side sill which can effectively absorb the impact energy at the side face collision with a light-weight and low-cost structure.SOLUTION: A side sill 2 includes a first lateral cross section part 10 and a second lateral cross section part 20 that are connected to each other. The second lateral cross section part 20 is located on the inner side in the vehicle width direction of the first lateral cross section part 10. The first lateral cross section part 10 has a vertically long shape including first outer walls 11, 12, 13, 14 and first internal lateral walls 15, 16 forming the closed-cross section. The second lateral cross section part 20 has second outer walls 21, 22, 23, 24 and a second internal vertical wall 25 forming the closed-cross section.
