The first reception layer includes a vinyl resin and a hardening material. The second reception layer includes: a resin having an aromatic hydrocarbon group, an aliphatic hydrocarbon group and a hydroxyl group; a hardening material; and a slip material. An average particle diameter of the slip material is 2-9 μm.
