Summary:To accurately estimate interference power between satellite and ground radio stations regardless of a satellite orbit.SOLUTION: A projection unit 12 in an interference power estimation device 1 projects the satellite orbit on a map representing a ground surface. A range acquisition unit 13 identifies a plurality of ranges on the map in a manner that the projected orbit is included. An altitude calculation unit 14 calculates the altitude of the satellite orbit in each of the plurality of ranges. For each of the plurality of ranges, a range-by-range interference calculation unit 16 calculates interference power between the satellite at the position identified by the latitude and the longitude of the range and the altitude calculated for the range, and a radio station installed on the ground surface.
