To provide a lighting device which achieves improvement of heat radiation performance and workability.SOLUTION: A lighting device includes a light source, a connection line 13, and a heat radiator 17. The connection line 13 is connected to the light source. The heat radiator 17 has: a body part 26 in which the light source is disposed at the inner surface side, multiple fins 27 which are provided protruding at the outer surface side of the body part 26; a wiring groove part 43 which is provided along a side surface of the body part 26 and in which the connection line 13 is disposed, and an insertion part 46 which is provided penetrating through the body part 26 in the wiring groove part 43 and into which the connection line 13 is inserted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】放熱性および施工性を向上できる照明装置を提供する。【解決手段】照明装置は、光源、接続線13、および放熱体17を備える。接続線13は、光源に接続される。放熱体17は、内面側に光源が配設される本体部26、本体部26の外面側に突設された複数のフィン27、本体部26の側面に沿って設けられ接続線13が配置される配線溝部43、および配線溝部43に本体部26を貫通して設けられ接続線13が挿通される挿通部46を有する。【選択図】図１
