Summary:To make it possible to control an apparatus to be used without network connection between the apparatus to be used and a server device.SOLUTION: In an information processing system, a mediation device 30 including an interface capable of communicating with an apparatus includes: a communication control unit 31 that establishes a communication session with an information processing device connected over a network and receives an execution request for a process relating to a service registered in association with identification information received from a terminal by the information processing device, from the information processing device via the communication session; and a browser unit 33 that performs the process corresponding to the execution request.
