Summary:To execute specific processing as intended by a user, as compared with a case where one piece of processing is executed while treating multiple pieces of information without differentiating formats of the information provided.SOLUTION: When message information (M100) on a print instruction is posted to a chat room, message information (M103) including an instruction button (B01) is posted, as a response thereto, when allowance setting information defined for a user who has issued the print instruction is ON. The instruction button (B01) can be pressed by users participating in the chart room. When the instruction button (B01) is pressed, a different user is allowed to intervene in a printing process of the user who has issued the print instruction.
